Overview
A leading FMCG company in Foods and Personal Care was seeking a nationwide partner to pioneer their Modern Trade Beauty Advisor Program for a newly introduced Personal Products range – a partner with nationwide presence and capability to manage its 200+ strong Modern Trade merchandising program.
Project Background
The client desired to transition its Modern Trade merchandising from its current service partner to SPAR KROGNOS. The team size was over 200 spread across multiple cities.
Challenge
We had to ensure smooth transition of the assignment without loss of coverage or field execution. This required, multi-location briefing, client Branch & field team alignment & ensuring delivering on client expectations.
Our Approach
We designed and implemented a business transition program from the ground up for each territory. Communication was established at each level and individual to engage with and align expectations and address concerns. There was a clear communication channel and escalation matrix in place to resolve field team & client queries.

The Program transition was extremely smooth with no loss of outlet coverage or field execution and the program has been running successfully ever since.
