Challenge
Hiring posed a challenge since the company lacked an established brand and history. Processes had to be designed and implemented in a dynamic environment, since the company was still in the process of setting up its distribution channel and policies. Our reporting systems were used for field monitoring and information capture which needed continuous updates to keep pace with field operations.
Our Approach
Our Operations teams engaged closely with the client team to recruit and stabilize the field team, providing necessary support where required. Field reporting and monitoring systems were also set up to enable close supervision and prompt course correction where necessary.
